Specialist Hazardous Maintenance

Engertrol has in the past and currently is setting up maintenance systems for major hazardous plants such as gas storage facility and treatment plants, refineries, chemical plants etc, complete with full calibration details. Based on the eDoss® & Pocket Inspector® software, our systems can be organised to work with the clients' mainframe maintenance systems such as Maximo, SAP and Oracle.

Engertrol is often asked to perform set-up and calibration procedures on new and specialised equipment.

Based on years of experiences working in oil & gas industries, we have developed systems to facilitate substantial annual budget savings for our clients. On remote sites where there is a need for annual testing required to meet safety standards compliance as well as statutory regulations, the CFT/PFT, statutory inspections, dossier inspections and calibrations can all be performed at the same time with the use of the pocket inspector, resulting in a massive savings in time and cost. These savings can be in the order of 75%, and in some cases, the CFT/PFT, statutory inspections and calibrations are completed within the time allocated to the dossier inspections, therefore rendering the budget cost FREE as they have all been performed within this time frame.
