About 8 years ago Engertrol made a decision to develop specialised software that would aid in the creation of the Hazardous Verification Dossier, as specified in AS2381.1 Section 4. Over the years many companies and organisations have implemented this software and requested additional features and enhancements. All this history and experience has been compiled into one software package; the Hazardous Areas Maintenance Management System.

A User level access is required to enter the software.

There are a total of thirteen unique inspection forms that cover the following areas of Ex protection:
Continuous Dilution Ventilation Ex v, Dust Ignition Proof DIP, Encapsulation Ex m, Flameproof Enclosures Ex d, Flameproof Motors Ex d, Increased Safety Ex e, Increased Safety Motor Ex e, Intrinsic Safety Ex i, Non-Sparking Ex n, Non-Sparking Motors Ex n, Oil Immersion Ex o, Pressurisation Ex p, Special Protection Ex s.

Motors are stored independently which means that with a click of the mouse you can print out a fully detailed list of all motors. An audit of each motor is stored and easily accessible so you can track when the motor was inspected, modified, removed, etc.

A Powerful search engine capable of searching from any data field, any inspection and any equipment type enables you to find even the most obscure piece of equipment.

All search results are able to be exported to a spreadsheet where a more in-depth examination of the search results are possible.
