Engertrol installs the last of the lightning protection for Wattyl paints in Melbourne.

Engertrol was commissioned by Wattyl Australia to install lightning protection systems onto various structures at their paint manufacturing facility of an inner suburb of Melbourne. It was decided that a mixture of conventional systems plus the ERITECH System 3000 are selected for the installation. Having installed the majority of the task, the last piece of the puzzle was to erect a fifteen metre (15m) galvanised steel mast to support a DYNASPHERE terminal. Unfortunately because of the design and layout of the buildings, this mast had to be installed on top of a structure that was already approximately ten metres (10m) high.

With the use of a large crane the mast was lifted up and into place to complete the system.
